A delay in delivery resulting from an error or delay on the part of the delivery service provider does not entitle you to any compensation or reimbursement and does not entitle you to cancel an order free of charge.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p><b>Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein<\/b><br \/>All orders are shipped with Swiss Post or DPD.\u00a0 The customer automatically receives a tracking number in order to follow up the delivery. &#8220;<em>Dream X<\/em>&#8221; will in no case assume the responsibility in the event of a lost or stolen parcel.<\/p><p>For <strong>orders under CHF 90.-<\/strong>, a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 8.- will apply. All orders with a value from<strong> CHF 90.-<\/strong> will be shipped free of charge.<\/p><p><b>Shipping to other countries<br \/><\/b>At the moment, we can only send parcels to Switzerland and
