Delivery time
We believe in and support sustainable ecommerce, which is why we optimise orders from our suppliers and consequently your orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks.
“Dream X” cannot be held responsible for any possible delay in delivery resulting from an error or delay by the delivery service provider (Swiss Post or DPD). A delay in delivery resulting from an error or delay on the part of the delivery service provider does not entitle you to any compensation or reimbursement and does not entitle you to cancel an order free of charge.

Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein
All orders are shipped with Swiss Post or DPD.  The customer automatically receives a tracking number in order to follow up the delivery. “Dream X” will in no case assume the responsibility in the event of a lost or stolen parcel.

For orders under CHF 90.-, a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 8.- will apply. All orders with a value from CHF 90.- will be shipped free of charge.

Shipping to other countries
At the moment, we can only send parcels to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Pickup at the warehouse
At the moment it is not possible.
